I got this observant of from Amazon as a gift from my husband a few months ago. Last month, we found that there was a $300-400 problem with the circuitry. Our take note store told us to have the repair fixed under the warranty. I called Amazon with the gift gate in hand but I did not have the exact price so they refused to honor the warranty. I don't know how you can have the exact consequence if you get the watch as a gift. My husband found his original receipt but Amazon refused to honor the undertaking when he called with all the required information. He just got the run around on line in India for 20 minutes . It is not quality it. Buy from an authorized dealer.

I have one and it's honestly great. It fits every situation from casual to formal. I would suggest a watch winder to go along with it, as it's subdue to take off the watch when you're not really using it (such as when you're at home), and putting it in the watch winder.Also, Cartier can service the mind at any of their locations. I've had it brought to them many times and they have done it for free. The last time, they completely buffed it and removed all the scratches off it. Looked thoroughly brand new.If you're trendy and looking for something that will last, backed by a very strong reputable company, then this watch is it. I am also bearing in mind purchasing the lady's version for my wife.

Gigantic Watch, Great Customer Service!
I recently purchased this men's Tank Francaise for my helpmate - she loves it. She has a ladies Tank, but prefers the size of the full-size men's version - it looks great on a chagrined wrist. I have worn a Cartier for 10 years - they are great, reliable timepieces. This new Tank keeps OK champion time as well, and has approximately 24 hours power reserve.Amazon customer putting into play was awesome - the watch came with a small scratch on the crystal, I returned it and got a replacement be on the watch in perfect condition in three days and they reimbursed me for the insured return shipping. I'll buy my next watch from Amazon.

Don't Buy Excessive End Watches on Amazon
Anyone shopping for a record end watch should avoid Amazon. The item I purchased arrived and was inoperable. I attempted to restoration the item and it was immediately shipped back with a notice that Amazon would not take it back claiming there were scratches on the band. After numerous calls to character service and a flurry of emails, Amazon finally informed me the watch was covered under their promise program. I had to ship the item to their service center (at my own expense, including the intial shipment to try and deliver the item) and still I have no working watch for my wife to enjoy. To date I am out the cost of a very expensive observe, and the cost of two separate UPS shipments - including insurance coverage.If you are thinking of purchasing a of on Amazon, go directly to the manufacturer. Trust me, it will save you a lot of time, frustration and effort.

Nightmare ~
Ordered this artefact online as a special birthday present. I received the item within three working days from Amazon; only to find that this matter had been previously sold and reissued again. The watch is absolutely beautiful, but the bracelet clasp was on the fritz (unable to fasten following the vendor's instructions). I received notification back from Amazon, they had received the on one's guard for back for a replacement; however, the notification referenced "battery dead" as the reason for the replacement. I wanted excitedly to re-order, but I am sure they will simply re-issue the same watch back to me. Warning: do not try to resolve problems with Amazon online; I talked to more than three tramontane speaking customer service agents (all very nice); however, it remains all talk and no action! You will NEVER have the opening to speak with anyone who has the ability to resolve problems. It is such a shame; the watch is beautiful.
