I got this awake to from Amazon as a gift from my husband a few months ago. Last month, we found that there was a $300-400 problem with the circuitry. Our shield store told us to have the repair fixed under the warranty. I called Amazon with the gift take in hand but I did not have the exact price so they refused to honor the warranty. I don't know how you can have the exact fee if you get the watch as a gift. My husband found his original receipt but Amazon refused to honor the pledge when he called with all the required information. He just got the run around on line in India for 20 minutes . It is not merit it. Buy from an authorized dealer.
Time-honoured Brand -- Classic Quality
The Cartier Tank be careful of is a standard that began the style of these watches. Beautiful elegant styling that is a perfect knack. In my case it was a graduation gift for my wife who worked very hard at getting a degree as a working full-grown.This watch comes with a full presentation box of red leather, as one would expect from such a premium brand. Even the manual comes in its own equivalent red leather bound box. The watch is snug in a white kid leather padded box around a pillow of the same textile.

Elevated Buy
I bought this timepiece for my girlfriend and she loves it. Took it to the Cartier boutique to have it sized and it is perfect. I don't know why the person from the earlier post could not get service, but if you go to the boutique, they will service it.

I have one and it's truly great. It fits every situation from casual to formal. I would suggest a watch winder to go along with it, as it's upper-class to take off the watch when you're not really using it (such as when you're at home), and putting it in the watch winder.Also, Cartier can service the watchful of at any of their locations. I've had it brought to them many times and they have done it for free. The last time, they completely buffed it and removed all the scratches off it. Looked altogether brand new.If you're trendy and looking for something that will last, backed by a very strong reputable company, then this watch is it. I am also all in all purchasing the lady's version for my wife.

Large Watch, Great Customer Service!
I recently purchased this men's Tank Francaise for my the missis - she loves it. She has a ladies Tank, but prefers the size of the full-size men's version - it looks great on a feel discomfited wrist. I have worn a Cartier for 10 years - they are great, reliable timepieces. This new Tank keeps full time as well, and has approximately 24 hours power reserve.Amazon customer advantage was awesome - the watch came with a small scratch on the crystal, I returned it and got a replacement accompany in perfect condition in three days and they reimbursed me for the insured return shipping. I'll buy my next watch from Amazon.

It is a endless, reliable, understated and elegant addition to any situation. Jeans and a T-shirt; suit; summer or winter. I have had mine almost 11 years and it still looks brand name new.
