Only buy from authorized salesman
I got this chaperon from Amazon as a gift from my husband a few months ago. Last month, we found that there was a $300-400 problem with the circuitry. Our await store told us to have the repair fixed under the warranty. I called Amazon with the gift sales slip in hand but I did not have the exact price so they refused to honor the warranty. I don't know how you can have the exact appraisal if you get the watch as a gift. My husband found his original receipt but Amazon refused to honor the commitment when he called with all the required information. He just got the run around on line in India for 20 minutes . It is not quality it. Buy from an authorized dealer.
Model Brand -- Classic Quality
The Cartier Tank watchman on the alert for is a standard that began the style of these watches. Beautiful elegant styling that is a perfect alms. In my case it was a graduation gift for my wife who worked very hard at getting a degree as a working of age.This watch comes with a full presentation box of red leather, as one would expect from such a premium brand. Even the manual comes in its own corresponding red leather bound box. The watch is snug in a white kid leather padded box around a pillow of the same substance.

Matchless Buy
I bought this lookout for my girlfriend and she loves it. Took it to the Cartier boutique to have it sized and it is perfect. I don't know why the person from the premature post could not get service, but if you go to the boutique, they will service it.

Fizzle
Cartier CRTW20060D6 serial # 194072MX sold by Jomashop.com on May 11st, 2011I was very proud for purchasing such a upright watch , unfortunately I found out that the blue faceted synthetic spinel set in the crown was demaged . I incontestable to look for Cartier's assistance in order to have the watch repaired . They asked me to provide the warranty bank card card joker , as a bad surprise I found out that the card was not in the package sent by Jomashop . I did not use the watch yet because it is at Cartier International Service ( SO 0272 ) in Sâo Paulo, Brazil .My awareness is related to the missing warranty card because in case of any other problems who will be responsible for solving the pretty pickle ? Another concern is if Cartier will honor the two year warranty by repairing the crown and the blue faceted spinel with no payment for myself .
Beautiul protect...although size is more appropriate for a lady
Purchased this for my strife...and since the trend is for bigger, I opted for the men's size...which is 29mm square...which is the same size as the New "medium" collection that cartier is opting for for women.This is a unequalled watch, got the band re-sized at Cartier store and it looks terrific on her.Purchased the Watch from Amazon LLC

Took a yoke tries, but happy now
I have some diverse feelings about this experience. I purchased this expensive watch for my wife's birthday and it arrived as scheduled the day before her birthday. The problem was it wasn't working and the CD in the package was missing. I called immediately and begged them to send another one so I would have it in days for her birthday and they actually said yes...However, the person (from another country) was essentially lying to me just to fly the coop me happy. I called the next day when I didn't receive the watch and was told I would have to send back the broken one, get a refund, then edict a new one. Well...it was a hassle and I sent back the defective watch and waited for my refund, then ordered a new one. It just indoors and looks great and actually runs!! Well....I hope that this is it. As for the surprise for my wife's birthday...well that was ruined...

Remarkable watch
After several years of deliberating, I chose the Cartier Santos Women's Tiny. I am very happy with the watch, I only have one complaint. I have been wearing it for about 2 months daily to the office and for other non-labor thorough-going activities. Somehow, the gold bezel is already badly scratched and I cannot even recall how it possibly could have happened. But, the keep one's eyes peeled is very comfortable, very classy looking and can be worn for dress or casual, with white gold or yellow. With the object to of how easily it scratches, I think it is a great investment.

Leaning this watch
I looked at this follow at Cartier but did not want to pay $7000 for it and was suprised to see it on Amazon for much less. My whole expierence with Amazon was wonderful and the customer benefit representative even followed up with me upon delivery. I have recieved numerous complements on this watch and even though I am a collecter of watches, I find I arrogate this one to wear almost daily.

An Refined Classic!
I bought my Cartier Santos guard against years ago, and I love it. I have never had a single problem with it, it looks beautiful and elegant as jewelry, and I would buy it again in a heartbeat! I've owned Rolex watches, and THOSE I HAVE had problems with, but never with either of the Cartier watches I've owned. To each his/her own, I feel. This watch is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen, which is why I bought it. I've been thrilled and proud to wear it for over 25 years!

Unsatisfaction with Cartier Santos Galbee Automatic Watch
I bought this wait for and have been disappointed with its performance. The first piece was defective and the dealer replaced the inside mechanism when nothing else worked. Now I find that even if I drag the watch for whole day and take it off for the night, it stops working by about 9 in morning next day.The dealer has yet to find a solution for this. I bought the vigilant in India.When I tried to get help from the Paris office of the company, I got shunted from one to another person.

cartier observe
I bought this observation as a Christmas present for my boyfriend and he wore it for two days and it stopped working. I had to send it to be repaired which took almost a month. The Amazon agent who helped me was great in helping expedite the repair, but I was not happy with the purchase at all. I hope the inspect continues to work now that it has come back from repair.
