I got this mind from Amazon as a gift from my husband a few months ago. Last month, we found that there was a $300-400 problem with the circuitry. Our ready for store told us to have the repair fixed under the warranty. I called Amazon with the gift reception in hand but I did not have the exact price so they refused to honor the warranty. I don't know how you can have the exact expenditure if you get the watch as a gift. My husband found his original receipt but Amazon refused to honor the bond when he called with all the required information. He just got the run around on line in India for 20 minutes . It is not quality it. Buy from an authorized dealer.
Excellent Brand -- Classic Quality
The Cartier Tank keep a sharp lookout for is a standard that began the style of these watches. Beautiful elegant styling that is a perfect give-away. In my case it was a graduation gift for my wife who worked very hard at getting a degree as a working grown up.This watch comes with a full presentation box of red leather, as one would expect from such a premium brand. Even the manual comes in its own analogous red leather bound box. The watch is snug in a white kid leather padded box around a pillow of the same statistics.

I have one and it's categorically great. It fits every situation from casual to formal. I would suggest a watch winder to go along with it, as it's best to take off the keep a sharp lookout for when you're not really using it (such as when you're at home), and putting it in the watch winder.Also, Cartier can service the watch at any of their locations. I've had it brought to them many times and they have done it for unrestricted. The last time, they completely buffed it and removed all the scratches off it. Looked completely brand new.If you're stylish and looking for something that will last, backed by a very strong reputable company, then this watch is it. Stupendous Watch, Great Customer Service!
I recently purchased this men's Tank Francaise for my ball - she loves it. She has a ladies Tank, but prefers the size of the full-size men's version - it looks great on a parsimonious wrist. I have worn a Cartier for 10 years - they are great, reliable timepieces. This new Tank keeps fair time as well, and has approximately 24 hours power reserve.Amazon customer amenities was awesome - the watch came with a small scratch on the crystal, I returned it and got a replacement tend in perfect condition in three days and they reimbursed me for the insured return shipping. I'll buy my next watch from Amazon.

Don't Buy Tall End Watches on Amazon
Anyone shopping for a exhilarated end watch should avoid Amazon. The item I purchased arrived and was inoperable. I attempted to repayment the item and it was immediately shipped back with a notice that Amazon would not take it back claiming there were scratches on the band. After numerous calls to buyer service and a flurry of emails, Amazon finally informed me the watch was covered under their bond program. I had to ship the item to their service center (at my own expense, including the intial shipment to try and turn in the item) and still I have no working watch for my wife to enjoy. To date I am out the cost of a very expensive make eyes at look for, and the cost of two separate UPS shipments - including insurance coverage.If you are thinking of purchasing a keep a sharp lookout for on Amazon, go directly to the manufacturer. Trust me, it will save you a lot of time, frustration and effort.

Nightmare ~
Ordered this commodity online as a special birthday present. I received the item within three working days from Amazon; only to find that this component had been previously sold and reissued again. The watch is absolutely beautiful, but the bracelet clasp was feeble-minded (unable to fasten following the vendor's instructions). I received notification back from Amazon, they had received the make eyes at look for back for a replacement; however, the notification referenced "battery dead" as the reason for the replacement. I wanted uncontrollably to re-order, but I am sure they will simply re-issue the same watch back to me. Warning: do not try to resolve problems with Amazon online; I talked to more than three peculiar speaking customer service agents (all very nice); however, it remains all talk and no action! You will NEVER have the possibility to speak with anyone who has the ability to resolve problems. It is such a shame; the watch is beautiful.

i was very happy with my purchase from amazon. i saved approximately $1k off sticker price of this watch and then didn't have to pay tax and/or shipping. i admiration this classic design and am so glad i was able to get it at a great price and not have to worry about it being real. i took it to my limited jeweler and told him where i got it-and said if it came from amazon itself, no worries.

Customer Beware!!!
Do not buy this or any other tall end watches from Amazon!!!! This is a grey market item sold directly by Amazon that is not supported by a Cartier guarantee. Moreover, the watch arrived inoperable and although I returned it the same day it was delivered, Amazon has refused to accept the carry back because of "scratches" on the clasp. The watch has never been worn. Please do not make the same mistake I made. Trust me, the savings are not significance it. BTW, I have purchased over 2100 items on Amazon and was shocked that they would behave this way.

used up my bonus on this classic + elegant, automatic-movement timepiece 11 years ago. it's cut + loveliness remains till today! I've received countless compliments on it.this midsize mush sits low + snug. it contours to the shape of the wrist + is perfectly sized. all the metal + links are polished.. not like some of the other super-expensive brands I tried.I had this watch on everyday + the 'battle-burn' scratches show the rough wear I put it through :) after 10 years, the automatic-movement needed an 'over-transport' due to wear + tear. since this is my 1 + only luxury watch, I thought it would last forever + had not taken healthier care of it by sending it for regular servicing.. it only had 1 service in it's 8th year.still extremely satisfied with this finely crafted indestructible beauty!

I purchased this Cartier men's tank as a bonus and it has been nothing but trouble. First of all, Amazon sent me the wrong watch in the correct Cartier box, sending a smaller, less costly version. I had to pay $60.00 (which was refunded) to send the watch back and then waited a full month before my credit calling-card was corrected (after numerous calls to Amazon Customer Service). Normally, Amazon credits back returns promptly but not so with "luxury items". They must first be verified that a fake was not substituted for the real thing but they don't impart you that on any screen during checkout. I did reorder this item, thinking that it was an honest mistake (and I was sucked in by the tremendous price) but I really regret it. Now, the new watch has stopped keeping time after one month and I cannot take it to a Cartier stow away for service unless I pay for it. Otherwise, I must send it along to Amazon for service. God knows how long that will take. Don't get sucked in by the tight...
