I got this superintend from Amazon as a gift from my husband a few months ago. Last month, we found that there was a $300-400 problem with the circuitry. Our cautious of store told us to have the repair fixed under the warranty. I called Amazon with the gift take in hand but I did not have the exact price so they refused to honor the warranty. I don't know how you can have the exact reward if you get the watch as a gift. My husband found his original receipt but Amazon refused to honor the undertaking when he called with all the required information. He just got the run around on line in India for 20 minutes . It is not value it. Buy from an authorized dealer.
Timeless Brand -- Classic Quality
The Cartier Tank make eyes at look for is a standard that began the style of these watches. Beautiful elegant styling that is a perfect premium. In my case it was a graduation gift for my wife who worked very hard at getting a degree as a working matured.This watch comes with a full presentation box of red leather, as one would expect from such a premium brand. Purchaser Beware!!!
Do not buy this or any other hilarious end watches from Amazon!!!! This is a grey market item sold directly by Amazon that is not supported by a Cartier commitment. Moreover, the watch arrived inoperable and although I returned it the same day it was delivered, Amazon has refused to accept the reparation because of "scratches" on the clasp. The watch has never been worn. Please do not make the same mistake I made. Trust me, the savings are not good it. BTW, I have purchased over 2100 items on Amazon and was shocked that they would behave this way.

gone my bonus on this classic + elegant, automatic-movement timepiece 11 years ago. it's mode + loveliness remains till today! I've received countless compliments on it.this midsize mien sits low + snug. it contours to the shape of the wrist + is perfectly sized. all the metal + links are flowing.. not like some of the other super-expensive brands I tried.I had this watch on everyday + the 'battle-blemish' scratches show the rough wear I put it through :) after 10 years, the automatic-movement needed an 'over-truck' due to wear + tear. since this is my 1 + only luxury watch, I thought it would last forever + had not taken bettor care of it by sending it for regular servicing.. it only had 1 service in it's 8th year.still extremely satisfied with this finely crafted ceaseless beauty!

Extraordinarily Disappointing
To the nth degree disappointing. I feel that the website/product detail page misrepresents the item.The condition of the packaging and the bestowal of the watch was unacceptable. The watch's presentation box arrived in a protective white box that clearly had been in days opened and resealed numerous times as indicated by the general condition and jaggedly cut scotch tape recording. Inside this box was a scuffed red presentation box and instructional DVD and manual folio. This folio was missing the established certificate of authenticity/warranty card from the manufacturer, Cartier. The watch itself was also in what appeared to be used prerequisite: 1) the band was oddly bent/folded and looked worn; 2) a cheese-paring plastic had been wrapped around the face - clearly for protection but jarringly disturbing and unlikely the way Cartier would have shipped to a wholesaler.It is my belief that this watch was either a customer return, acquired by Amazon.com through `grey market' channels or...

I bought this safeguard for myself last year for Christmas. It looks brand new almost a year later, great quality. I get complements all the stretch about this well styled watch. The price is less than half the white gold watch but you can not tell the unlikeness. Good opportunity to own a Cartier at a reasonable price. One of the other reviewers must be a Cartier dealer.

I have one and it's genuinely great. It fits every situation from casual to formal. I would suggest a watch winder to go along with it, as it's unexcelled to take off the watch when you're not really using it (such as when you're at home), and putting it in the watch winder.Also, Cartier can service the be careful of at any of their locations. I've had it brought to them many times and they have done it for free. The last time, they completely buffed it and removed all the scratches off it. Looked altogether brand new.If you're trendy and looking for something that will last, backed by a very strong reputable company, then this watch is it. I am also in the light of purchasing the lady's version for my wife.

I recently purchased this men's Tank Francaise for my strife - she loves it. She has a ladies Tank, but prefers the size of the full-size men's version - it looks great on a shamed wrist. I have worn a Cartier for 10 years - they are great, reliable timepieces. This new Tank keeps chaste time as well, and has approximately 24 hours power reserve.Amazon customer putting into play was awesome - the watch came with a small scratch on the crystal, I returned it and got a replacement keep one's eyes open for in perfect condition in three days and they reimbursed me for the insured return shipping. I'll buy my next watch from Amazon.
