I got this examine from Amazon as a gift from my husband a few months ago. Last month, we found that there was a $300-400 problem with the circuitry. Our clock store told us to have the repair fixed under the warranty. I called Amazon with the gift stub in hand but I did not have the exact price so they refused to honor the warranty. I don't know how you can have the exact cost if you get the watch as a gift. My husband found his original receipt but Amazon refused to honor the pledge when he called with all the required information. He just got the run around on line in India for 20 minutes . It is not benefit it. Buy from an authorized dealer.
Timeless Brand -- Classic Quality
The Cartier Tank care for is a standard that began the style of these watches. Beautiful elegant styling that is a perfect ability. In my case it was a graduation gift for my wife who worked very hard at getting a degree as a working mature.This watch comes with a full presentation box of red leather, as one would expect from such a premium brand. I have one and it's unusually great. It fits every situation from casual to formal. I would suggest a watch winder to go along with it, as it's first-rate to take off the watch when you're not really using it (such as when you're at home), and putting it in the watch winder.Also, Cartier can service the attend to at any of their locations. I've had it brought to them many times and they have done it for free. The last time, they completely buffed it and removed all the scratches off it. Looked branch brand new.If you're trendy and looking for something that will last, backed by a very strong reputable company, then this watch is it. Serious Watch, Great Customer Service!
I recently purchased this men's Tank Francaise for my better half - she loves it. She has a ladies Tank, but prefers the size of the full-size men's version - it looks great on a uninspired wrist. I have worn a Cartier for 10 years - they are great, reliable timepieces. This new Tank keeps fitting time as well, and has approximately 24 hours power reserve.Amazon customer benefit was awesome - the watch came with a small scratch on the crystal, I returned it and got a replacement superintend in perfect condition in three days and they reimbursed me for the insured return shipping. Don't Buy Far up End Watches on Amazon
Anyone shopping for a strong end watch should avoid Amazon. The item I purchased arrived and was inoperable. I attempted to repetition the item and it was immediately shipped back with a notice that Amazon would not take it back claiming there were scratches on the band. After numerous calls to chap service and a flurry of emails, Amazon finally informed me the watch was covered under their agreement program. I had to ship the item to their service center (at my own expense, including the intial shipment to try and revenue the item) and still I have no working watch for my wife to enjoy. To date I am out the cost of a very expensive of, and the cost of two separate UPS shipments - including insurance coverage.If you are thinking of purchasing a safeguard on Amazon, go directly to the manufacturer. Trust me, it will save you a lot of time, frustration and effort.

Nightmare ~
Ordered this produce online as a special birthday present. I received the item within three working days from Amazon; only to find that this ingredient had been previously sold and reissued again. The watch is absolutely beautiful, but the bracelet clasp was impaired (unable to fasten following the vendor's instructions). I received notification back from Amazon, they had received the gaze at back for a replacement; however, the notification referenced "battery dead" as the reason for the replacement. I wanted excitedly to re-order, but I am sure they will simply re-issue the same watch back to me. Warning: do not try to resolve problems with Amazon online; I talked to more than three odd speaking customer service agents (all very nice); however, it remains all talk and no action! You will NEVER have the time to speak with anyone who has the ability to resolve problems. It is such a shame; the watch is beautiful.

i was honestly happy with my purchase from amazon. i saved approximately $1k off sticker price of this watch and then didn't have to pay tax and/or shipping. i preference this classic design and am so glad i was able to get it at a great price and not have to worry about it being real. i took it to my nearby jeweler and told him where i got it-and said if it came from amazon itself, no worries.

Consumer Beware!!!
Do not buy this or any other great in extent end watches from Amazon!!!! This is a grey market item sold directly by Amazon that is not supported by a Cartier promise. Moreover, the watch arrived inoperable and although I returned it the same day it was delivered, Amazon has refused to accept the gain because of "scratches" on the clasp. The watch has never been worn. Please do not make the same mistake I made. Trust me, the savings are not benefit it. BTW, I have purchased over 2100 items on Amazon and was shocked that they would behave this way.

I've received countless compliments on it.this midsize mien sits low + snug. it contours to the shape of the wrist + is perfectly sized. all the metal + links are unbroken.. not like some of the other super-expensive brands I tried.I had this watch on everyday + the 'battle-dent' scratches show the rough wear I put it through :) after 10 years, the automatic-movement needed an 'over-take' due to wear + tear. since this is my 1 + only luxury watch, I thought it would last forever + had not taken crap-shooter care of it by sending it for regular servicing.. it only had 1 service in it's 8th year.still extremely satisfied with this finely crafted everlasting beauty!

Extraordinarily disappointing. I feel that the website/product detail page misrepresents the item.The condition of the packaging and the launch of the watch was unacceptable. The watch's presentation box arrived in a protective white box that clearly had been once upon a time opened and resealed numerous times as indicated by the general condition and jaggedly cut scotch band. Inside this box was a scuffed red presentation box and instructional DVD and manual folio. This folio was missing the usual certificate of authenticity/warranty card from the manufacturer, Cartier. The watch itself was also in what appeared to be used equip: 1) the band was oddly bent/folded and looked worn; 2) a tinpot plastic had been wrapped around the face - clearly for protection but jarringly disturbing and unlikely the way Cartier would have shipped to a tradesman.It is my belief that this watch was either a customer return, acquired by Amazon.com through `grey market' channels or...
