Cartier CRTW20060D6 serial # 194072MX sold by Jomashop.com on May 11st, 2011I was very proud for purchasing such a good-hearted watch , unfortunately I found out that the blue faceted synthetic spinel set in the crown was demaged . I definite to look for Cartier's assistance in order to have the watch repaired . They asked me to provide the warranty comedian , as a bad surprise I found out that the card was not in the package sent by Jomashop . I did not use the watch yet because it is at Cartier International Service ( SO 0272 ) in Sâo Paulo, Brazil .My apply to is related to the missing warranty card because in case of any other problems who will be responsible for solving the muddle ? Another concern is if Cartier will honor the two year warranty by repairing the crown and the blue faceted spinel with no expense for myself .
Beautiul pay attention to...although size is more appropriate for a lady
Purchased this for my partner...and since the trend is for bigger, I opted for the men's size...which is 29mm square...which is the same size as the New "medium" collection that cartier is opting for for women.This is a radiant watch, got the band re-sized at Cartier store and it looks terrific on her.Purchased the Watch from Amazon LLC

Took a three tries, but happy now
I have some tainted feelings about this experience. I purchased this expensive watch for my wife's birthday and it arrived as programmed the day before her birthday. The problem was it wasn't working and the CD in the package was missing. I called immediately and begged them to send another one so I would have it in at all times for her birthday and they actually said yes...However, the person (from another country) was essentially lying to me just to favour me happy. I called the next day when I didn't receive the watch and was told I would have to send back the broken one, get a refund, then commandment a new one. Well...it was a hassle and I sent back the defective watch and waited for my refund, then ordered a new one. It just at home and looks great and actually runs!! Well....I hope that this is it. As for the surprise for my wife's birthday...well that was ruined...

An Suave Classic!
I bought my Cartier Santos alert years ago, and I love it. I have never had a single problem with it, it looks beautiful and elegant as jewelry, and I would buy it again in a heartbeat! I've owned Rolex watches, and THOSE I HAVE had problems with, but never with either of the Cartier watches I've owned. To each his/her own, I speculate. This watch is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen, which is why I bought it. I've been thrilled and proud to wear it for over 25 years!

Regret with Cartier Santos Galbee Automatic Watch
I bought this be prepared and have been disappointed with its performance. The first piece was defective and the dealer replaced the inside mechanism when nothing else worked. Now I find that even if I dress in the watch for whole day and take it off for the night, it stops working by about 9 in morning next day.The dealer has yet to find a solution for this. I bought the anticipate in India.When I tried to get help from the Paris office of the company, I got shunted from one to another person.

I bought this make eyes at look for as a Christmas present for my boyfriend and he wore it for two days and it stopped working. I had to send it to be repaired which took almost a month. The Amazon democratic who helped me was great in helping expedite the repair, but I was not happy with the purchase at all. I hope the alert continues to work now that it has come back from repair.

I got this accompany from Amazon as a gift from my husband a few months ago. Last month, we found that there was a $300-400 problem with the circuitry. Our superintend store told us to have the repair fixed under the warranty. I called Amazon with the gift voucher in hand but I did not have the exact price so they refused to honor the warranty. I don't know how you can have the exact value if you get the watch as a gift. My husband found his original receipt but Amazon refused to honor the pledge when he called with all the required information. He just got the run around on line in India for 20 minutes . It is not merit it. Buy from an authorized dealer.
