No Distinction Control
I impartial received my first Omega watch and it was beautiful. But after 10 days it fogged up on the inside of the semiprecious stone. How can they sell a brand new dive watch that is supposedly water proof to 600M that gets moisture entrails? Isn't that the first QC check you perform? I contacted the dealer and told them I wanted a new watch that had been QC'ed. They supposedly contacted Omega who said athletic - send it in at my expense for a 6-8 week warranty repair. I'll get rid of it as soon as it's back from Omega and buy a trade mark I can trust. What a disappointment. Good the asking price!
1. First of all, buy from an Authorized Distributor. I don't think Amazon is an AD and therefore you may not get the warranty from Omega.2. There has been a price increase this year. This surveillance is pushing $4000 retail now.3. There is 1 AD i know of that will sell for this price that Amazon has. Go to your specific AD, show them you are serious, and ask for a discount.Having said that, the watch itself is brilliant. Looks terrific on my hand, works well with official clothing or with business casual. Keeps accurate time well and just feels and looks like importance. Looks more modern than anything Rolex has to offer and is certainly on par with Rolex on build quality.Definitely worth the buy in my idea.

i bought this care for about one month ago, and i look at it every day and still love it!! the sapphire crystal is beautiful and the way the watch feels on my arm is ethical great!!!originally, i had a rolex submariner date, but like this watch much more and have now sold my rolex. i have big wrists, so the 45mm attend to face looks better than a 39mm rolex submariner. in addition, since the submariner is "too popular", this planet bounding main stands out of the crowd---especially because of the red numbers. furthermore, it is now the official james bond keep an eye open for ;)one catch is that the watch is very heavy, about 1/2 lbs, but that isn't an issue for me. hope you enjoy the watch as much as i do!
Essential & rugged indulgence
I when all is said pulled the trigger on this luxury sport watch as my first Omega. I have to say it compares favorably with my Rolex Datejust and GMT-Big boss II. The clasp is definitely better.So far, the watch is 2.5 seconds fast over the course of 7 duration. My Rolexes have never been as accurate -- this is surprising accuracy for any automatic.

Wearable Every Day
I paramour this watch. I've worn it every day for around 2 years now. It took a little while to get used to the size, but I can't wear smaller watches now. At first you'll note its weight, but after a few days you'll feel naked without it. The wristband is a little bit more rigid than my Rolex Datejust, and the only impediment to it is that the clasp will sometimes open depending on your wrist position. Another very small quibble that I have is that the face smudges graceful easily. As with every automatic watch, the time needs to be adjusted every once in a while. It seems that it's around 2-3 minutes almost imperceptible every month. This is actually much, much better than the 5-6 minutes that my Rolex was fast every month. Best preoccupation is that this watch looks as casual as you would want it to be wearing t-shirts and flip flops, and also panic right in when you're wearing a tux. Lots of compliments from everyone who knows their watches too.

Saves $58,000, what a handle!
I wasn't accepted to buy this watch, but then I noticed Amazon had it with $58,000 off! What a deal. With the money I saved I purchased a manufacturer new BMW and still had money left over for a Disney vacation. How many watches save you money to buy a car and a vacation?Now whenever I see someone with pelf troubles I tell them to buy this watch and save $58,000. I am considering buying 10 of these watches so I can preserve $580,000 and buy a house on cash. Retirement saving is also no longer a concern for me, as I plan to buy one every year and survive off the $58,000 I save.

I in actuality own this watch and I am wearing it as I type. This is known to be one of the hardest to get watches. Authorized dealers are assumed ONE per year (actually two, but one is black-faced, and one is white faced). The white faced is the most demanded, thus more rare. I waited over a year to get mine, and only by chance did I get mine. The 116520 is milestone of Rolex's success. It signifies the start of a new era for Rolex... in which EVERY watch, EVERY component, and EVERY fragment is made entirely by Rolex across all watches in their production. Until the year 2000, the Daytona's internal components were made by High point & Valjoux (still great quality, but not made by Rolex). This watch retails (at the moment I am writing) for about seven notable. If you want the watch now... you will have to pay over ten to twelve grand. If you want to wait 2-3 years on a waiting record (if you can even find a dealer who has one, usually they only sell this watch to customers who have bought other Rolex's...

If this notice of on Amazon (or any other website) is a "new" watch, it likely is not being offered by an Authorized Dealer, as internet yard sale of Rolex products by their dealers is expressly prohibited. Prohibited to the point that one such sale will cause nearest revocation of their "authorized dealer" status. As such, Rolex products purchased online ARE NEVER eligible for a plant Rolex warranty, even if it is a new watch. The only way the warranty could be registered from an online sale would involve fraud and disregard of Rolex's dealer policies, thus implicating the purchaser and seller in a crime.
