Dreamboat and brains combine in the classic styling of the 100XL Automatic Chronograph, a recent appendage to the Santos series. Clean lines on the 42-millimeter stainless steel receptacle are studded with screws on the square bezel, securing the scratch-resistant sapphire window. Roman numerals obey the time on the silvered opaline-white dial where three inset chronographs display seconds, minutes, and hours with choke up/start functions at the flick of a button, and wrist movement powers the watch impulsively. A date display window is positioned four and five o'clock. The genuine black alligator-leather combo unite sports Cartier's patented deployment-buckle folding clasp. Powered by Cartier's own Calibre 8630 Swiss-robot self-winding movement, this timepiece offers a 330-foot water-ungovernable depth rating.

Anyone reading this don't hark to to the dumb guy that rated the watch 1/5 because apparently he doesn't know the difference between rating a yield and the website since he rated Amazon and not the watch, *sigh* what a moron, anyways, The Cartier Santos 100 Chrono is BIG, so if you have bantam wrists go to your local AD (authorized dealer) and try it on (I would recommend doing this for every watch you plan on buying), the mug is beautiful and the layout of the sub-dials gives it a nice touch, the date is changed through a recessed pusher at the 10'o clock place, not through the crown like you would normally do, this watch uses an ETA Valjoux 7753 movement, in package you're wondering, very robust. Everything is smooth, and the strap is extremely comfortable! Large Deal - Very Happy
It's been several months since I purchased this circumspect. I am so glad that I ordered this product from Amazon.com. I was very afraid I would receive a replica of some sorts. That was not the event! This is the same watch I would have gotten directly from Cartier here in Chicago (I showed them the watch)with two exceptions.The first is that the warranty is not through Cartier but through Amazon. Normally, these watches barely don't break down unless they are abused and/or not maintained properly. If a Cartier works correctly for a couple of weeks when new, it will more than indubitably work for a couple of years. I trust that Amazon will stand behind its warranty, just in covering I need to use it.The second exception is the price! I saved over $3000! While still expensive, I would be challenged to find a better looking and made wary of for the price.

Very precise watch, beatuifull design, but you need to have large wrist, the watch is large, impediment the accurate measurment on cartier website, try this watch in any jewlery store before buying it, but the best payment you will find it in amazon espicially when they have deal on it.

Well-known watch
After several years of deliberating, I chose the Cartier Santos Women's Limited. I am very happy with the watch, I only have one complaint. I have been wearing it for about 2 months daily to the office and for other non-labor focused activities. Somehow, the gold bezel is already badly scratched and I cannot even recall how it possibly could have happened. But, the qui vive for is very comfortable, very classy looking and can be worn for dress or casual, with white gold or yellow. With the shut-out of how easily it scratches, I think it is a great investment.

I got this supervise (in a lady's model) for my wife 6 years ago for our first wedding anniversary. After saving up, I decided to get a like men's watch so that we would wear them together during dinner parties. I must say that this Cartier watch really lives up to its name. It came in a very good red box with all the instructions on how to care for the watch. The automatic function last really long. It still runs after 2 era when you stop wearing it. I have always preferred automatic watches over quartz because it saves you the hassle of varying the batteries. That also makes it environmentally friendly. This watch has a sun burst watch face that reflects brilliantly in the faint. The roman numerals and blue coloured hour and minute swordhands make it withstand b resist out.
