I received this keep safe as a gift from my husband. It is absolutely stunning. Out of a thousand watches, this is the one I would have chosen, if I had done the shopping!He was torn between this and a Tag, but I am so overjoyed he bought this one. It isn't as "common" as the Tag, and it is, by far, more elegant. The history of Baume & Mercier lends a certain prestige and class to this timepiece, that the Tag just cannot touch. I love the two-tone. It is a classic look that can be taken from casual day wear, to evening.This is a timepiece for a peer of the realm, NOT a trend chasing girl. I am 28 years old, but I have very classic taste when it comes to fee jewelry. Alluring watch. It's a pity that the first one I received (as a Christmas present for my wife) was dead on arrival. Amazon worked eagerly to correct the issue even going to great lengths to overnight a replacement to me in another town where we were spending the holidays (still didn't show up before Christmas but...). However, the replacement watch was also dead. So there were two of these $1000+ watches delivered DOA. Not seemly...

A euphoric-end watch bargain
I gave this on the lookout for (the Baum & Mercier Women's MOA08792 Diamant Diamond Watch) to my wife for Christmas and she was blown to a different place by it. Loves it! We already own two Baum & Mercier watches between us, but my wife's was a Hampton's model with a leather strap line, which is great for casual wear. Her new one is for formal wear. HOWEVER, be aware that Amazon is NOT an authorized Baum & Mercier (B&M) merchandiser, and hence the (2-year) factory warranty will not be honored by a B&M dealer. (Amazon obtains their B&M watches from a 3rd cocktail.) Amazon does replace the factory warranty with their own (2-year) promise on the internal mechanism only. BUT, given the huge discount that Amazon was offering - about 70% off the roster price, which was the difference between affordable and untouchable - I was willing to gamble on the inferior warranty, and implied inconvenience of having to return it to Amazon if a problem develops. We have never had a problem with either of our B&M watches, and they...

To of my dreams!
After a year of irksome to decide on a luxury watch, I decided on the 8792 Diamant Diamond Baume & Mercier. It arrived the very next morning in prestine brainwash, with all packaging and identification card included. It is magnificent! A perfect classic size.I took it to my very produce friend, who owns a luxury jewlery store and is an authorized baume & mercier dealer, and he literally gasped when I showed it to him! He sized it for me and verified that it was an actual. He said he had the same one in his store and it sold immediately....but for triple what I paid for it.Hopefully there are no problems down the route with this watch, but so far it has been a perfect experience.

Got this be careful of for my anniversary - it was everything I wanted (I picked it out) anywho - the bracelet is comfortable, the diamonds sparkle and the monther of wonder face is beautiful! it's flashy but not too flashy, also I trust the mechanics as Baume & Mercier is the sister Co. to Cartier! If I had to fix one element I'd make the date box a little bigger, a little hard to read. But overall fianc it!

Devoted watch
Partner loved the watch. One thing when you buy on-line is you need to find jeweler to adjust size to fit. Seems to keep righteous time, but not sure how long battery will last. It was running when it arrived, but not adjusted for time or fixture. The instruction manual was not helpful at all. It is pretty, but not too flashy. Not a large watch, but looks abundant. Added bonus of financing through Amazon - easy and helped me hide the purchase from the belief cards.

A benumbing, refined watch
My groom purchased this unique and utterly stunning watch for me over for the holidays. It's my second Baume Mercier and it is exceptional. I honestly love the unique bezel and the diamond on the crown.The bezel is domed; the part that makes it unique is the left and right side of the sapphire bezel raises in an arc above the casing. The casing sweeps low in a curve holding the diamonds.The phiz is mother of pearl and has Arabic numerals in the 12, 3 and 9 position. The date is offered in the 6 placement and is rather small. Some may find it a bit too small to read.This watch is rated to 30M, which means if it is splashed with water, you do not shortage to worry.The Diamant line is fairly new, I believe it was introduced in spring of 2005. It has a classic, yet present-day look. I feel comfortable wearing this everyday.
